RECOMMENDED SERVINGS CHART
Following is a breakdown of the approximate number of frozen drinks needed to successfully serve each different quantity of quests at an event. Use this chart, as a guideline to determine how many bottles of Swirled Ice frozen drink mix will be required. Each bottle that makes 5 gallons will serve 80 - 8 oz. drinks and each bottle that makes 3 gallons will serve 48 - 8 oz. drinks. There is about a 10% expansion factor when the drinks are frozen. This expansion compensates for spillage and waste.
